Whitemud Westbound Offramp Closure at 75 Street

EDMONTON, AB – February 9, 2018 – Starting on or around February 9, 2018, the offramp westbound from Whitemud Drive to 75th Street will be closed. This closure will only happen during night hours (between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.) and will be finished by 6:00 a.m. February 11, 2018.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

  • During night hours only, the westbound offramp from Whitemud Drive to 75th Street will be closed.
  • Pedestrian access will vary throughout this closure.

There will be noise associated with the work. TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations, and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. (City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600).

During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel. We appreciate your patience as we build the Valley Line LRT.
