Sidewalk Closure on 102 Avenue

EDMONTON, AB – July 26, 2019 – Starting on or around August 1, 2019, TransEd will be closing the sidewalk on the north side of 102 Avenue from 101 Street to 102 Street.

This closure is necessary for drainage work and permanent sidewalk construction in the area.

This closure is expected to last for approximately 10 weeks.

There will be noise associated with this work but TransEd is committed to doing everything possible to mitigate noise and vibrations during work in this area. 

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

  • Pedestrian access will be maintained on the south side of 102 Avenue between 101 Street and 102 Street.
