Minor Lane Closure, Connors Road

August 18, 2021 – Starting on or about August 23, 2021, crews will be performing road paving activities on Connors Road. To accommodate this work, one lane on Connors Road will be closed intermittently during the morning hours, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Motorist traffic will be maintained with 3 lanes. This work is expected to last 4 weeks and will occur during the daytime.

There will be noise associated with this work; specifically, the sound of heavy equipment (engine noises), backup alarms when necessary, and pavement grinding.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• One lane on Connors Road will be closed intermittently during the morning hours, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Motorist traffic will be maintained with 3 lanes. This work is expected to last 4 weeks and will occur during the daytime.
• There will be daytime noise associated with this work.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained

During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.

TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
