Minor Lane Closure, 66 Street (North of 28 Avenue)
May 24, 2021 – Starting on or about May 31, 2021, crews will be performing rail maintenance on 66 Street, just north of 28 Avenue. To accommodate this work, one northbound lane on 66 Street will be closed for one night only. This work will occur during the nighttime, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
There will be minimal noise associated with this work, including hand tools.
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• One northbound lane on 66 Street will be closed for one night only. This work will occur during the nighttime, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m
• Flaggers will be on-site to assist with traffic.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained.
• Business access will be maintained.
During this time, please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.

TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. (City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600).
