August 05, 2021 – Starting on or about August 12, 2021, crews will be performing enhanced concrete crosswalk construction activities on 90 Street, north of 95 Avenue. To accommodate this work, motorist access to 95 Avenue from 90 Street in this area will be temporarily closed for 2 weeks. Work will occur primarily during the daytime with occasional night work.
During the first phase, crews will be removing the existing roadway at the crosswalk. In the second phase, crews will perform concrete placement activities to install the new enhanced concrete crosswalk. There will be noise associated with this work as crews will have to saw cut and break through the existing roadway. When overnight work is required, whenever possible, the noisiest work will be done early in the evening.
