Major Lane Closure, 36A Avenue (West of 66 Street)

Noise, Notice

This work has been moved to June 29

May 25, 2021 – Starting on or about June 4, 2021, crews will be performing curb and gutter works and paving activities on 36A Avenue, west of 66 Street. Curb and gutter works will include saw-cutting, removal of asphalt, and finishing of concrete curbs. To accommodate this work, one eastbound lane on 36A Avenue will be closed for the 11-day duration of work. Traffic will be maintained with one westbound lane on 36A Avenue. This work will occur during the daytime, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

There will be noise associated with this work such as beeping alarm noise from the hydrovac truck and saw-cutting. TransEd is committed to doing everything possible to mitigate noise and vibrations during work in this area.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• One eastbound lane on 36A Avenue will be closed for the 11-day duration of work. Traffic will be maintained with one westbound lane on 36A Avenue.
• There will be day noise associated with this work.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained.

During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
