Connors Road & Cloverdale Road Closures

Noise, Notice, Vehicle

June 3, 2020 – Starting on or around June 10, 2020, TransEd crews will be performing rail, track, road, concrete, and landscaping works on Connors Road and Cloverdale Road.  This work is expected to last two months.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

 Connors Road

  • Traffic will be maintained with one southbound and one northbound lane during overnight hours (9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)

Cloverdale Road

  • Full 24-hour closure on Cloverdale Road.

 

  • There will be noise associated with this work, specifically the breaking of concrete. As much as possible, the loudest work will be limited to day-time hours.

Vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic disruptions will vary by location. During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.

TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
