Bonnie Doon Stop Finishing Works
May 18, 2021 – Starting on or about May 26, 2021, crews will be performing finishing works on the Bonnie Doon Stop including concrete finishes. To accommodate this work, one southbound lane on west side of 83 Street, will be closed for one night (9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
There will be noise associated with this work such as backup alarms from the beacon lights. TransEd is committed to doing everything possible to mitigate noise and vibrations during work in this area.
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• One southbound lane on west side of 83 Street, will be closed for one night (9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).
• Flaggers will be on-site to assist with keeping traffic flowing safely.
• There will be overnight noise associated with this work.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained.
During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
