
Argyll Road Night Work
March 01, 2021 – Starting on or about March 08, 2021, crews will be performing drainage works at the intersection of Argyll Road and 83 Street. To accommodate this work, one westbound through lane will be closed overnight, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., for ten nights.
There will be noise associated with this work such as saw cutting and noise from a small hydrovac truck. In order to not disrupt traffic during the day, crews will perform this work during night hours. TransEd is committed to doing everything possible to mitigate noise and vibrations during work in this area.
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• One westbound through lane will be closed overnight for ten nights, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Traffic will be redirected.
• There will be no pedestrian impact.
• There will be noise associated with this work.
During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
