95 Street Late Night Work

EDMONTON, AB – July 18, 2019 – Starting on or around July 23, 2019, TransEd crews will be installing soil nails at the south portal TPSS (Traction Powered Sub Station) location, near 95 Street. This requires drilling holes into the hill and grouting them into place.

This work will last for four weeks and will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.  

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

  • Overnight work around 95 Street for four weeks.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained.

TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
