Tree Removal Required on 102 Avenue

Noise, Notice, Sidewalk, Vehicle

EDMONTON, AB – April 16, 2019 – Starting on or around April 17, 2019, one tree will be removed on the west side of 97 Street at 102 Avenue. This removal is necessary for the construction of the Valley Line LRT.

With respect to tree removal:

  • TransEd is committed to removing as few trees as possible.
  • TransEd is aware of the residences in the area and will reduce noise as best possible.
  • All trees will be removed by a professional arborist.
