Tree Removal Required by Argyll Road

Noise, Notice

EDMONTON, AB – May 1, 2019 – Starting on or about May 3, 2019, three trees will be removed between Argyll Road and Coronet Road.

These trees were left in place for as long as possible but they need to be removed to facilitate construction of the Valley Line LRT.

With respect to tree work:

  • TransEd is committed to removing as few trees as possible.
  • TransEd is aware of the residences in the area and will reduce noise as best possible.
  • All trees will be removed by a professional arborist.

Vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic disruptions will vary by location. During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
