EDMONTON, AB – May 5, 2018 – Starting on or about May 8, 2018, the sidewalk on the north side of Connors Road will be closed to accommodate construction on the Valley Line LRT. Work is expected to be completed by the fall of 2018.
During this time, pedestrians and cyclists will be redirected via detours through the Cloverdale neighborhood and Mill Creek Ravine Park.
Signs will be posted in the area with a detailed map of detours.
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
- Pedestrians and cyclists travelling along Connors Road, between the pedestrian footbridge and Cloverdale Hill Road, will be redirected via detours through the Cloverdale neighborhood and Mill Creek Ravine Park.
- Please visit https://www.edmonton.ca/ets/general-service-alerts.aspx for all ETS changes and updates.
There will be noise associated with the work.
