Minor Lane Closure, 75 Street

Noise, Notice

April 28, 2021 – Starting on or about May 05, 2021, crews will be continuing road construction on 75 Street between 51 Avenue and Roper Road. Work includes reconstructing the vehicular entrances to the businesses on 75 Street. During this time, two business entrances along the west side of 75 Street will be closed at all times (peak, off-peak, and nighttime hours) for 3-4 weeks. This work is the first of two phases.

Traffic accessing the businesses will be directed to use the two entrances on Roper Road or three entrances on 51 Avenue. There will be no traffic lane closures/reductions.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• Two of the seven business entrances will be closed. The two on the west side of 75 Street.
• Motorists will access the businesses through the entrances on Roper Road or 51 Avenue. Directional signage will be provided.
• There might be noise associated with this work including jackhammering
• Pedestrian access will be maintained.

During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
