Minor Lane Closure, 38 Avenue Eastbound

Noise, Notice

June 8, 2023 – Beginning on or about June 14, 2023, crews will be working during the day along 38 Avenue. Crews and equipment will be installing a new streetlight.  This work is expected to take about 4 days.  To accommodate this work, one of the two eastbound lanes of 38 Avenue east of 66 Street will be closed from 9:00am to 3:30pm daily.  The 66 Street northbound right turn to go east on 38 Avenue will remain open.  Pedestrian sidewalks and crosswalks in the area will remain open.    

There will be noise associated with this work from construction equipment. 

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

• During the day, from 9:00am to 3:30pm, one of the two eastbound lanes of 38 Avenue just east of 66 Street will be closed.

• There will be noise associated with this work.

During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel and flag persons.
