Major Lane Closure, 75 Street and Wagner Road

October 07, 2021 – Starting on or about October 9, 2021, crews will be performing paving activities at the intersection of 75 Street and Wagner Road. To accommodate this work, one southbound through lane, one northbound through lane, and one northbound dedicated left turn lane on 75 Street will be closed for four days. This work will occur during the day and nighttime.

There will be noise associated with this work; specifically, the sound of heavy equipment (engine noises), backup alarms when necessary, and pavement grinding.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
• One southbound through lane, one northbound through lane, and one northbound dedicated left turn lane on 75 Street will be closed for four days. This work will occur during the day and nighttime.
• There will be day and occasional overnight noise associated with this work.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained.

During this time please watch for, and follow, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.

TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
