Emergency Lane Closure

EDMONTON, AB – March 29, 2019 – On March 30, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. TransEd crews will be temporarily closing a section of the eastbound lane on 28 Avenue just east of the 66 Street and 28 Avenue intersection.  This closure is to repair a manhole and will take approximately five hours to complete.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

  • A section of the eastbound lane just east of the 66 Street and 28 Avenue intersection will be temporarily closed.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained.

During this time please watch for and observe all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
