Access Closure on 92 Street at 95 Avenue
UPDATE: September 16, 2020 – This work has been postponed to September 21.
July 20, 2020 – On or about July 27, 92 Street north of 95 Avenue will be closed to allow crews to remove the current road and rebuild it.
This work will take approximately six weeks to complete. There will be noise associated with this work. The loudest work will be the first two weeks while crews break through the concrete. As much as possible, this work will be completed during the day.
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
- 92 Street will be closed to just south of the alley and there will be no access to 95 Avenue during this time.
- There will be noise and flashing lights while this work is completed, particularly during the first two weeks while crews break through the concrete.
- Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout this work.
During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
