99 Street Closure

Notice, Sidewalk, Vehicle

EDMONTON, AB – September 1, 2017 – Starting on or around October 2, 2017, 99 Street between 102 Avenue and 102A Avenue will be closed in order to undertake construction of the Churchill Stop connector, part of the Valley Line LRT. This closure is expected to last until spring, 2019. Pedestrian access in the area will be maintained.

Drivers should consider alternate north-south travel routes, such as 97 Street or 100 Street.

There will be noise associated with the work. We will do everything possible to mitigate noise and disruptions throughout the duration of the construction.

Vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic disruptions will vary by location. During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
