99 Street Closure

UPDATE: This work has been postponed. 

EDMONTON, AB – April 29, 2020 – Starting on or around May 6, 2020, crews will be installing an escalator into the new Churchill Connector building. This work requires a crane to be placed on 99 Street, just north of 102 Avenue.

This lane closure will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and is expected to last one day only.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

  • 99 Street north of 102 Avenue will be temporarily blocked by a crane for one day only.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic disruptions will vary by location. During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel.
