95 Avenue Lane Shift

Noise, Notice, Sidewalk, Vehicle

Starting on or around October 10, 2019, all vehicle and pedestrian traffic on 95 Avenue between Connors Road and 92 Street will be shifted to the north side of the road for approximately three weeks.

This work is to accommodate paving of the road and pouring the new sidewalk on the south side of 95 Avenue in front of Montgomery Place.  Drainage work will also be taking place.  Drainage work means that the first couple of days are going to be the loudest as crews will have to break through the concrete in order to get to the pipes underground. Once the first few days are over and crews have broken through the concrete, the work is much quieter as crews will be working on the drainage.  Crews will endeavor to have the loudest work complete by 10:00 p.m.

TransEd is committed to following all City of Edmonton bylaws and regulations and has obtained an overnight roadwork permit so that work can take place during nighttime hours in order to minimize major daytime traffic disruptions. *City of Edmonton Bylaw C14600.
