73 Avenue west at 83 Street Road Closure

EDMONTON, AB – July 27, 2018 – Starting on or around the July 31, 2018, 73 Avenue west at 83 Street will be closed for final drainage work and paving. This work is expected to continue for up to three weeks. 

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

  • Traffic will be detoured to either 69A Avenue or 76 Avenue in order to access this neighbourhood.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained on one side throughout construction.
  • Access to the alley will not be affected.

Vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic disruptions will vary by location. During this time please watch for, and observe, all traffic detours and direction of construction personnel. We appreciate your patience as we build the Valley Line LRT.
